Q.Can I camp??
A.Camping on any part of Ogasawara is Prohibited by a village ordinance in
order to prevent accidents and protect the enviroment. When you come to the
island, be sure to use accommodation facilities. If you have not decided where
It is not allowed to camp!
 to stay, we will organize suitable accommodation.
Q.Can I do snokeling?
A.There are many facilities on the island that rent out mask,fins and snokel to
enable you to readily try snokeling. Please make inquiries to us for a list of the
places that rent out snokeling equipments.
Q.Can I use cash card?
A.Yes you can. Note, however, that the times during which you can use a cash
card differ from one financial organization to another. (The JA and the Shichito
Credit Association are open on weekdays apart from golden week and the
good beachs for snokeling.

A.Yes, you can use NTT docomo and au. In the case of NTT docomo, you can
use a model that supports mova(voice communication only) or FOMA "plus
area".
Q.Are there any convenientstores that are open 24 hours a day?
A.There are no convenience stores open 24 hours a day. However, there are
supermarkets, general stores, drugstores, stationary stores, and other shops

ingredients for cooking, and so on.
Q.Are there restaurants?
A.Yes, there are restaurants and pub in Chichijima and also in Hahajima.
So you can enjoy meals and alchols. The seasonal vegetable and sashimi of
shimazakana which are fishes caught aroud the island are especially
recommended.

If you live in Japan, we can make a reservation and get ticket of Ogasawara
Maru for you. But if you live in overseas, please get ticket by yourself after
you arrive at Japan.
You can buy the ticket of Ogasawara Maru at head office of Ogasawara kaiun
Co.Ltd, or at Tokyo Port Takeshiba passenger ship terminal. (map is here)
